Ken Knezick

Ken is the owner of Island Dreams Travel, a company that specializes in scuba diving travel around the world.  Ken grew up on the East Coast where he was a surfer and a free diver. 

 

A charter member of HUPS, he has been scuba diving and shooting underwater photography for more than 35 years. Originally shooting a Nikonos II camera with a sticky shutter, Ken's most recent system is a Nikon 7200 camera in a Nexus housing, with two Ikelite DS-161 strobes. He employs a variety of lenses, with a particular fondness for the challenge of composing wide-angle images with the Nikkor 10.5 mm fisheye. 

 

His favorite destinations include Indonesia, the Philippines, and the Solomon Islands.
