Underwater video techniques is targeted toward the underwater
videographer using video equipment, but will also be of interest to the still photographer having video capability on their camera. If you have a specific interest to videography, or those of you wishing to get into video, Greg Grimes on Saturday Nov 5th, 2011 will have a discussion and seminar of video equipment, including the selection of camera, housing, and lighting systems. He will also have a demonstration of different video techniques for capturing video clips with focus on post production.
The seminar portion of this event will cover many topics like:

- Composing the Video Shot
- Underwater Story Telling
- Different Types of Movement Techniques
- Transition and Cut Away Continuity
- Shooting Video Using Magic Filters
- Best Settings for DSLR UW Videos
Several video sequences will be used and or demonstrated.
At the end of the seminar, it is planned to have a round table among still photographers who have shot video to share experiences, techniques, problems encountered, and solutions.
