Workshops, Round Tables & Field Trips

Overview

From time to time, experienced HUPS photographers will share their knowledge with members of the club on topics related to underwater photography, image management, or the improvement of diving skills that are important to underwater photography.. Sometimes this involves getting better at your photographic skills on the land as well. Being a better photographer makes you an even better underwater photographer.

This page provides information on upcoming workshops, round table discussions or field trips as well as those held in the past. Members are encouraged to suggest new workshop topics or to request that past workshops be repeated by contacting the Workshop Chairman or posting ideas to the forum.

The Houston Underwater Photographic Society (HUPS) is a not-for-profit organization formed to encourage interest and participation in underwater photography and videography. At our monthly meetings, HUPS provides educational and entertaining programs, a monthly photo contest, and an atmosphere of shared interests and camaraderie.
